While we’re not really known for sticking to a few words, Irish humour actually comes across pretty well in 140 characters or less. Here, in no particular order, are the funniest Irish people on Twitter. DISCLAIMER! If you’re miffed you or your favourite didn’t make an appearance, don’t worry. He also writes funny tweets about his family and current affairs. John Brennan – @ActingAnEejit John specialises in whimsy, renaming everyday objects with touch-of-bizarre pun genius. Megan Nolan – @Megaroooo Former stand-up comedian Megan Nolan tweets about her everyday life, the pains of work, and opinions on the inane television programmes she watches on Netflix. Damon Blake – @BlakingPoint Damon is a writer, producer and stand-up comedian who tweets observational funnies.
